Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the product is sent, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
You can’t request a refund after the final purchase, because it’s a digital product. But we offer a refund if:
- the product isn’t similar to the described item.
- you receive the wrong item
